We are open for business! Ergonomicsdirect can sell and deliver home office equipment as specified under point E18 of the new Risk Adjusted Regulations of 29 April 2020 for Alert Level 4

Point E18 states that the sale of Personal ICT equipment including computers, mobile telephones and other home office equipment are permitted as of 1 May 2020.


What is Ergonomicsdirect doing to limit the spread of the COVID-19 Virus?

We will ensure that the strictly follow the return to work guidelines as set out in the regulations.

Please note that as an additional precaution, our showroom will not be open to the public during Alert level 4. We will only consult telephonically and will only process orders online, telephonically and via email. Delivery will take place with the help of our selected courier partners. No installation will be available.

Daily screening of our employees coming into the office will be done. Only two of our staff members will be permitted to go to the office. This will happen for shorter timeframes to prepare and dispatch orders. The rest of the work will be done from our homes where possible.

Social distancing will always be maintained, and protective gear will be used by the employees while at the showroom as well as by our courier partners. Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the building. High touch areas will be wiped daily with alcohol disinfectant.
