Shipping Policy

Delivery or orders is subject to stock availability and receipt of payment. Orders will be processed and shipped, where possible, within three (3) business days.

All orders will be dispatched via the Post Office Counter-to-Counter service. Dispatch of shipments will be confirmed via e-mail to the customer by way of Post Office or Courier Service Tracking Number.

Late delivery is not grounds for return or refund.

The customer accepts that in order for ErgonomicsDirect.co.za to prove delivery of an order, ErgonomicsDirect.co.za does not have to prove that the customer personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

Delivery periods are only regarded as having commenced upon payment confirmation being received by ErgonomicsDirect.co.za. Some products require a minimum waiting period. Estimated delivery time for these products are stipulated in the Product Description copy. If products with different delivery times are ordered together, the product with the longest delivery time will determine the delivery time of all the products in the order.

ErgonomicsDirect.co.za makes every effort to ensure that the information supplied on the Website is accurate. Where delays and out of stock situations occur, every reasonable effort will be made to inform the Purchaser.
